Please note:

  • We’re operating bag and search policies. Please do not bring bags to events if possible. If you need to bring a bag, no rucksacks or bags larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm will be permitted. Lockers will not be available for use. All customers will be subject to a search outside the venue via wand before entering.
  • The time shown is the door time, not the start time. Times are subject to change and will be confirmed closer to the event date
  • Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over, for both seats and standing.
  • Maximum of 6 tickets per person

NAMES ON TICKETS – T&Cs:
•    The name of the lead booker will be printed on each ticket.
•    The lead booker must be in attendance and photo ID checks will be made on entry into the venue. If the ID does not match entry will be refused.
•    ID must be in its original form and not a copy.
•    If you are booking more than one ticket your guest must arrive at the concert at the same time as you. Failure to do so will result in the guest being turned away.
•    Failure to adhere the terms and conditions may result in the customer's order being cancelled. There are no exceptions to this rule.

PROMOTER T&Cs:
1.    This ticket is a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the Promoters. This ticket must be surrendered to the Promoters upon request. 
2.    This ticket is sold on behalf of the Promoters to the Consumer. Any tickets purchased by business or traders in breach of the T&Cs of Ticket Sale will be cancelled. 
3.    Ticket resale is permitted at no more than the price you paid (face value + booking fee). Please only use the official resale partner www.twickets.live. Selling tickets through unauthorised resale platforms will breach our T&Cs and those tickets may be cancelled. 
4.    Ticket sales are limited to 6 per person. Only tickets purchased through approved agents are valid. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission.
5.    Admission to this event is at all times subject to any terms, conditions or rules of the Promoter and the venue operator. You must also adhere to the Promoter or venue operator’s specific terms of entry and protocols surrounding Covid-19 – this could be, but is not limited to, an obligation to provide negative lateral flow tests or provide vaccination certificates. If you do not comply with any Promoter or venue terms, conditions or rules then the Promoter or venue operator may refuse admission or require you or other ticket holders to leave the venue and you will not be entitled to a refund.
